How does the 44 interest free days work?
The 44 day interest free period consists of your 30 day statement cycle, plus the 14 days to the payment due date. If your previous statement balance was paid in full by the due date and you make a purchase on the first day of your next statement cycle, it will attract 44 interest free days, if the closing balance of the next statement is paid in full.

How does the 55 interest free days work?
The 55 day interest free period consists of your 30 day statement cycle, plus the 25 days to the payment due date. If your previous statement balance was paid in full by the due date and you make a purchase on the first day of your next statement cycle, it will attract 55 interest free days, if the closing balance of the next statement is paid in full.

How do I add an additional cardholder to my account?
An additional Bendigo Bank Credit Card on your account lets someone else over the age of 16, share all the freedom and convenience that you enjoy from your Bendigo Bank Credit Card. If you would like to apply for an additional card for a family member or someone close to you, visit any Bendigo Branch, call us on 1300 BENDIGO (1300 236 344) or apply online.

How long will my card application take to process?
New cards are usually available for collection 5 business days after the application has been approved.

What limit can I apply for?
You can apply for any limit you consider meets your needs. Your application will be approved if it meets our normal lending criteria. We may offer you a limit different to the one you applied for.

How do I increase my credit card limit?
You can increase your limit by applying online, call 1300 BENDIGO (1300 236 344) or visit any Bendigo Bank Branch.

What is a balance transfer?
A balance transfer occurs when you transfer the outstanding balance of your credit card or store card from another financial institution. You can choose to transfer the full amount or part amount of your other credit card or store card balance. However, you will need to be within your approved credit limit.

In what circumstances can I NOT conduct a balance transfer?
Bendigo Bank is not able to transfer balances:
- from other Bendigo Bank credit card accounts;
- from credit or store cards issued outside Australia;
- if the balance transfer amount is less than $500 per card;
- if the balance on your Bendigo credit card account has reached or exceeded 100% of the available credit limit balance;
- if you are in default under an existing Bendigo Bank credit card account at the time the application is received;
- if the balance on the other credit or store card account named in your application has reached or exceeded 100% of the credit limit; or
- if the other credit or store card account named in your application is in default at the time the application is received.

Why would I want to transfer my other credit card debts?
Most people find it easier to manage their credit card by having just one card. Transferring your credit card balances to your Bendigo credit card can help you to keep track of your credit card debts and your available credit balance – so at all times you'll know when and how much credit you can use.

Is there a fee involved?
Balance transfers processed are exempt from normal Bendigo Bank cash advance fees. Your Bendigo Bank credit card interest rate applies to the amount transferred from the date the balance transfer request is approved until the balance on the Bendigo Bank credit card account is paid in full.

Do I earn reward points when I transfer my balance?
Yes, you earn 1 Reward Point for every dollar of your balance transfer. You will need to be enrolled in Bendigo Rewards to earn Reward Points.

How do I transfer other credit or store card balances to my Bendigo Bank credit card?
You can transfer the outstanding balance of your store or non Bendigo issued credit card to your Bendigo Bank Credit Card account. Just visit any Bendigo Bank Branch.

What is my daily withdrawal limit?
Your daily withdrawal limit is the available balance, unless it is a PIN based transaction, in which case it is $1000 per account.

My card expires next month. How do I get a new card?
We automatically re-issue your card(s). We will write to you and advise from which branch your new card can be collected. Generally, cards are available from the 7th day of the month in which your card expires.

How long does my credit card application take to approve?
It can take up to five working days to have a card application approved.

What is BPAY?
BPAY is a bill payment service which provides a quick, secure and convenient way to pay your bills using your Bendigo Bank Credit Card. The types of bills that you can pay include telephone, electricity, gas, water, rates and insurance.

What do I need to do if I have forgotten my PIN?
If you have forgotten your PIN, you will need to visit any Bendigo Bank Branch or call 1300 BENDIGO (1300 236 344) to have your PIN reissued.

What is a Cash Advance?
When you make a transaction from your credit card account through any of the below methods:
- ATM Withdrawal
- Over the counter withdrawal from a Bendigo Bank branch or another Financial Institution
- A transfer at any Bendigo Bank branch
- A Pay Anyone transaction
- A phone or internet banking transfer
- A balance transfer transaction
