A Key Fact Sheet (KFS) is to be provided to you upon request when seeking a Fixed or Variable, Principal and Interest home loan. This may be produced via the website, by a lender or you can request a copy over the phone.
To produce a KFS simply fill in your proposed loan details below and select Produce Fact Sheet. If you need some help choosing the right product select the ‘Home Loans’ link under What’s New. The KFS will then provide a summary of the loan you are seeking, such as a personalised comparison rate, the estimated costs of the home loan and it explains what may occur if interest rates increase or if you roll from a fixed rate. The KFS is designed to help you choose the right home loan.
